An exclusive opportunity for the wine sector in Sweden

Join Italienska Vindagarna, the event dedicated to Italian wine producers, taking place on 17 November 2025 in Stockholm.

In a prestigious venue in the heart of the Swedish capital, selected companies will have a dedicated space to present and showcase their wines to importers, distributors and Ho.Re.Ca. professionals.

This international business networking initiative is designed to support the export of Italian wine by creating concrete opportunities to find new commercial partners in Europe.

Through targeted meetings with foreign companies seeking collaborators in Italy, participating businesses will be able to establish new relationships, expand their markets and promote the Made in Italy brand in a strategic market such as Sweden.

The Swedish wine market is experiencing strong growth and represents a privileged channel for Italian companies.

Taking part in the event means:

  • connecting with selected Swedish importers, distributors and restaurateurs
  • developing opportunities to find international business partners

  • supporting exports to Sweden and Northern Europe
  • meeting directly with foreign companies interested in collaborations with Italian producers

Thanks to a targeted programme, participating companies will be able to strengthen their international presence and build lasting business relationships.

Who can participate

The project is open to a maximum of 10 wine-producing companies with registered offices and/or operational units listed in the Business Register of the Chambers of Commerce of:

Ferrara and Ravenna; Genoa; Milan Monza Brianza Lodi; Modena; Pordenone-Udine (former Province of Udine); Cosenza; Salerno.

Consultancy firms, sales agents, intermediaries or business brokers are not eligible.

Included services

Selected companies will have access to:

  • preparatory webinar: The wine market in Sweden - features and potential
  • participation in Italienska Vindagarna with a customised stand for presentation and tasting (17 November 2025, Stockholm)
  • business networking meetings with importers, distributors and Ho.Re.Ca. professionals

Participation costs

Participation fee: €300.00 + VAT 22% (flat rate for the services listed above).

At the expense of companies: flights, meals, accommodation, interpreting services, transfers, shipment of samples/products.

Companies from the Province of Cosenza: free participation.

The project falls under the “De Minimis” State aid scheme.

How to apply

To participate, companies must:

  • Submit the Application Form (available in the download area or on dedicated pages – specific version for Cosenza) via PEC to: promositaliascrl@legalmail.it
  • Complete the Company Profile through the provided link, filling in all mandatory fields for the pre-feasibility assessment.

Deadlines:

  • Applications open from 03/04/2025 to 16/05/2025. 
  • For companies from Cosenza: applications accepted until 30/06/2025
