The Outgoing Hong Kong 2025 project offers Italian F&B companies the chance to meet selected international operators and present their products in dedicated venues.
This initiative provides access to a strategic international commercial environment, expanding networks and promoting Made in Italy across the Far East. Participating companies will have dedicated spaces for product presentation and tasting, with targeted B2B meetings and comprehensive organisational support."

Who can participate
The project is reserved for a maximum of 15 F&B companies, duly registered in the Business Register of the Chambers of Commerce of Ferrara and Ravenna, Genoa, Milan Monza Brianza Lodi, Modena, Pordenone-Udine and Salerno.
Consultancy firms, commercial agents, business finders or intermediaries are not eligible. Companies will be selected based on product/market pre-feasibility assessment.
Services provided
Participating companies will be provided with:
- preliminary product/market feasibility analysis
- a dedicated webinar on the Hong Kong market, organised also with the consular network and the Italian System on site
- a dedicated booth in a venue to be announced for product display and tasting
- a schedule of B2B meetings with selected operators and a complete overview of the APAC F&B market
Participation costs
The project is covered by the De Minimis Aid Scheme.
Participation fee: €1,000 + 22% VAT, flat-rate for all services listed.
Companies are responsible for travel, meals, accommodation, interpretation, transfers and any costs for shipping samples/products.
